• • Spam or Unsolicited Communications: Send unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or other communications, or engage in any other form of spamming or phishing.

• • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share on the Service.
• • Inappropriate Content: You must not post or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
• • Msarii's Right to Remove Content: Msarii reserves the right to remove any content that violates this AUP or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Msarii may take any of the following actions if you violate this AUP:

• • Warning: Issue a warning to you.
• • Suspension: Temporarily suspend your access to the Service.
• • Termination: Permanently terminate your account and access to the Service.
• • Legal Action: Pursue legal action if necessary.

Msarii may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated AUP on our website and/or through the Service.
